Mumbai, Feb 25 (NationPress) The Maharashtra government has executed a transfer of seven bureaucrats as preparations ramp up for the forthcoming Budget session of the State Legislature, which is set to commence on March 3.
Rajendra Nimbalkar, an IAS officer from the 2007 batch, currently serving as the Managing Director (MD) of the Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation (MSSIDC), will now take on the role of MD at the Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Research Training and Human Development Institute (SARTHI) in Pune.
Sanjay Yadav, the District Collector of Mumbai and an IAS officer from the 2009 batch, has been appointed as the State Project Director for the Samgra Siksha Abhiyan in Mumbai.
Rajendra Bharud, an IAS officer from the 2013 batch, currently serving as the Commissioner of the Tribal Research and Training Institute (TRTI) in Pune, is now the Project Director for the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan under the Higher and Technical Education Department in Mumbai.
Deepak Kumar Meena, another IAS officer from the 2013 batch, who was the Additional Tribal Commissioner in Thane, has been appointed as the Joint Commissioner for State Tax in Mumbai.
