This decisive action has thwarted multiple potential terror attacks nationwide, stemming from this white collar terror group.
Speaking at an event, the L-G highlighted that the J&K Police have made significant progress by neutralizing an interstate terror module, effectively averting a series of planned terrorist attacks.
“The J&K Police effectively dismantled the terror module associated with the recent Red Fort explosion due to timely intelligence and collaborative action,” he noted, expressing sorrow over the tragic incident at Nowgam Police Station, where an accidental blast occurred during a forensic investigation of explosives seized from the apprehended terrorists.
“A team of officials was in the process of collecting samples from the explosives linked to the Red Fort incident when a tragic accidental explosion occurred. We mourn the loss of brave J&K Police personnel. My heartfelt condolences go out to the families of the fallen,” he stated.
Importantly, Manoj Sinha clarified that the explosion had no connection to terrorism or external factors and was purely accidental.

Earlier in the day, a team of central forensic specialists from the NSG arrived at Nowgam Police Station to collect samples and engage with local law enforcement officials.
Local officers were sampling explosive materials taken from a white collar terror group in Faridabad when an accidental explosion occurred inside Nowgam police station around 11:20 p.m. on November 14. The Nowgam blast resulted in nine fatalities and left 31 others injured.
