Agartala, April 6 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Tripura, Manik Saha, stated on Sunday that the state will advance through the harmonious co-existence of individuals from various backgrounds, including both tribal and non-tribal communities.

After participating in the Ram Navami Utsav at Sri Saibaba Temple located in Amtali, on the city's outskirts, the Chief Minister expressed that citizens have confidence in the current BJP government.

CM Saha commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership, noting the nation's economic ascent from the 11th to the 5th position on a global scale.

He remarked that this growth has been realized without compromising national security and is fueled by a robust emphasis on infrastructure and last-mile delivery, adhering to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya's ideology.

Highlighting that Tripura is on a similar path of development, the Chief Minister mentioned that the state has experienced a significant change in public sentiment due to evident progress and a more constructive, peaceful atmosphere.

“A primary objective of this government is to guarantee the overall welfare of every segment of society,” he conveyed to the press.

CM Saha asserted that the state’s advancement will stem from the peaceful co-existence of individuals from all castes and tribes.

“Any issues will be addressed through dialogue. Many problems are resolved at the round table meetings. We have proven this through both words and actions. When challenges arise, we strive for swift resolutions. The public trusts us, and we work to tackle issues based on that trust. Our efforts are aimed at the welfare of all citizens,” he stated.

The Chief Minister also noted that the people of Tripura are profoundly religious. He highlighted that mothers and sisters possess unwavering faith in their religion, which also inspires their beliefs.

“Those who do not embrace religion are considered atheists. Visiting religious sites evokes a unique feeling. Our government’s aim is to bring smiles to the faces of the people,” he continued.

The Chief Minister asserted that the current administration is diligently striving to provide citizens with a “feel good” atmosphere.

Extending his best wishes on the occasion of Ram Navami, which coincided with the 45th foundation day of the BJP, the Chief Minister prayed for the welfare and prosperity of the Tripura populace.

“Though I am involved in politics, I am fundamentally a human being. My highest fulfillment comes from meeting the aspirations of ordinary people, and our government is wholly committed to that mission,” he concluded.
