PM Modi Criticizes AAP as 'Kattar Beimaan', Claims Delhi is Suffering from 'AAPada'

New Delhi, Jan 3 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a fierce critique against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in the capital on Friday, asserting, "For the last decade, Delhi has been caught in a severe 'AAPada'. Certain 'Kattar Beimaan' individuals (hardcore corrupt) have leveraged Anna Hazare's image to drive Delhi towards this turmoil."
In a harsh assessment of the AAP government, PM Modi remarked, "Corruption scandals in liquor contracts... fraudulent practices in schools for children... malpractices in healthcare for the underprivileged... deceit in pollution control... scams in recruitment processes... These individuals spoke of Delhi's growth, yet they transformed into the 'AAPada' that has struck the city." He emphasized that these individuals openly engage in corruption and then flaunt it. It's akin to theft followed by boasting. This 'AAPada' has impacted Delhi, which is why the citizens have declared a war against it. The voters of Delhi have made it clear that they will not endure this 'AAPada' and will seek change, he noted.
PM Modi labeled the AAP government a 'destructive force', while showcasing the development initiatives the BJP has delivered to the city. He pointed out that infrastructural projects such as roads and expressways are advancing in Delhi, unaffected by the 'AAPada'. He also expressed his intent to implement the Ayushman Bharat scheme in Delhi to provide free healthcare, but mentioned that the 'AAPada' government is obstructing it, denying citizens of its advantages.
During his speech, PM Modi inaugurated numerous schemes worth Rs 4,500 crore and distributed keys for newly built flats in Ashok Vihar. He also launched urban redevelopment initiatives, including the World Trade Center in Narojiji Nagar and new quarters in Sarojini Nagar. Additionally, he laid the foundation for Veer Savarkar College in Roshanpura, Najafgarh.
While speaking at a rally in Delhi, PM Modi criticized former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal without directly naming him. Referring to social activist Anna Hazare, he mentioned that certain 'hardcore corrupt' individuals had exploited Hazare's image to lead Delhi into a crisis.
He further sarcastically commented, "Not only do they steal, but they also showcase it. This 'disaster' 'AAPada' has befallen Delhi, which is why the citizens have launched a war against it. The voters of Delhi are determined to liberate the city from this 'disaster'. Every citizen of Delhi is proclaiming, 'We will not tolerate this AAPada, we will initiate change.'"
He added, "I aspire to offer the residents of Delhi the benefits of the Ayushman Bharat scheme, which provides free healthcare. However, the 'AAPada' government harbors a significant grudge against the people of Delhi. While this scheme is enacted throughout the nation, the 'disaster' government is obstructing it in Delhi, causing the citizens to suffer."
