New Delhi, Dec 12 (NationPress) President Droupadi Murmu is currently in Manipur for a two-day visit, during which she will commemorate the courageous women warriors of the region as part of the 86th Nupi Lal Day celebrations on Friday.
The President will make her way to the Nupi Lal Memorial Complex in Imphal, where she will pay homage to the women who spearheaded pivotal resistance efforts against British colonial rule in the years 1904 and 1939.
