Jaipur, Dec 18 (NationPress) The mortal remains of 19-year-old Ramesh Kumar Meghwal, hailing from Meghwalon ki Dhani in Rajasthan’s Balotra district, who passed away under suspicious circumstances in Saudi Arabia, are expected to be repatriated on Thursday — 36 days following his demise.
The body is slated to arrive in Jaipur from Saudi Arabia on Thursday afternoon. A hearing related to the case was conducted at the Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur on Wednesday, with a follow-up hearing scheduled for Thursday.
Charmesh Sharma, the former director of the Rajasthan Seed Corporation, who filed a petition with the President’s Secretariat, stated that the remains will reach Jaipur later in the day. The body was transported from Saudi Arabia to New Delhi at 12:05 a.m. on December 18 and will be further sent to Jaipur.
Lok Sabha MP Ummeda Ram Beniwal has arranged for an ambulance to convey the body from Jaipur to Meghwalon ki Dhani in Balotra.
