Ayodhya, Jan 22 (NationPress) Nripendra Mishra, the Chairman of the Ram Mandir Bhavan Nirman Samiti, provided insights regarding the forthcoming Ramkatha Museum situated within the premises of the Ram temple.

In a discussion with reporters on Wednesday, Mishra remarked, “The museum, crafted to enhance the magnificence of the Ram temple, will consist of 12 galleries distributed over three levels. It will narrate the divine saga of Lord Ram while highlighting the historical and spiritual relevance of his existence through advanced technological innovations. This venture is set to bestow upon Ayodhya a fresh identity, positioning it as a global emblem of religious and spiritual unity.”

He added, “Five of the galleries will utilize cutting-edge 3D and 7D technology to vividly depict the life and exploits of Lord Ram in an engaging manner. One gallery will spotlight Lord Hanuman, illustrating his pivotal role and contributions to Lord Ram's journey.”

The project has been entrusted to IIT Chennai, with financial resources already allocated by the Central government.

According to Nripendra Mishra, one gallery will be dedicated to outlining the legal and historical evolution of the Ram temple, presenting documents and records that span 500 years. This will provide visitors with insights into the long and arduous history surrounding the temple's establishment and progression.

Additionally, a special section will pay tribute to those who laid down their lives during the temple movement. Another gallery will delve into the global implications of Lord Ram's teachings and life, showcasing Ayodhya’s religious, spiritual, and cultural heritage from an international standpoint.

Mishra disclosed to the media that the script for the museum’s galleries is currently under preparation, with technical operations expected to commence soon. This process is anticipated to last nine months, although a completion date has not yet been specified. The intention is to ensure that devotees can enjoy the museum alongside their pilgrimage to the Ram temple, he stated.

Meanwhile, Mishra reported that the idol installations in the temple are advancing swiftly, with ambitions to finalize the placement of all idols by March. The area reserved for the statue of Tulsidas has been constructed, and his statue is set to be installed shortly.

Nripendra Mishra envisions the Ramkatha Museum as a confluence of culture, religion, and history. It will honor the life of Lord Ram, the importance of Ayodhya, and India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritages. By establishing a space that merges ancient traditions with modern technology, the museum will serve as a dynamic platform to share India's legacy with the globe, offering visitors a deeply spiritual experience, he expressed.
