Ghazipur, June 9 (NationPress) The mother of Sonam Raghuvanshi, who was apprehended in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur for allegedly plotting the murder of her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi, in Meghalaya, voiced her relief that her daughter has been located. Nonetheless, she expressed a strong desire to uncover the identity of those responsible for her son-in-law's death.
In a startling turn of events surrounding the enigmatic demise of Indore-based Raja during their honeymoon in Meghalaya, police confirmed on Monday that his wife, Sonam, has been arrested for allegedly hiring assassins to carry out the murder.
Sangita Raghuvanshi, Sonam's mother, told IANS, "I am grateful that she has been found, but the pain remains. We just need to know who killed Raja. Although she has returned, our grief over Raja's murder continues. We lost him, and that sorrow lingers."
Commenting on the accusations against Sonam, she added, "The investigation will clarify who did what. We are facing these allegations now, and it’s unfortunate."
