New Delhi, Aug 8 (NationPress) Aadhaar face authentication has witnessed a remarkable surge, achieving a record high of 19.36 crore transactions in July this year, a significant increase from 5.77 crore transactions during the same month last year, as per a statement released by the Ministry of IT & Electronics on Friday.
The Aadhaar face authentication system has demonstrated steady month-on-month growth. The transactions in July indicate a 22 percent increase compared to June, showcasing its expanding adoption, utility, and effectiveness in facilitating service provision.
Additionally, July set a record for the highest daily transactions, surpassing 1.22 crore on July 1, 2025; the previous record was 1.07 crore on March 1 of this year.
