New Delhi, June 4 (NationPress) The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has officially announced a collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi to set up a Center of Excellence dedicated to artificial intelligence in the realm of healthcare (AI-CoE).

The AI-CoE will prioritize the creation of AI-driven solutions to enhance essential national health initiatives across the country.

“This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signifies the onset of impactful joint research that could revolutionize healthcare in India,” stated Prof. M. Srinivas, Director of AIIMS Delhi.

“The collaboration between AIIMS and IIT Delhi holds the promise to innovate AI for accessible healthcare.
