Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group Holding, is set to launch new data centres in Turkey, Finland, and the Netherlands within the next 12 months, accelerating its international expansion as it targets enterprise customers with what it describes as 'full stack AI capabilities' spanning chips, cloud infrastructure, and multimodal models. Beyond the new sites, Alibaba Cloud also confirmed it will expand existing data centre capacity in Malaysia, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, France, and Hong Kong.
