New Chandigarh, April 6 (NationPress) Jofra Archer made a remarkable comeback with a Player of the Match (POTM) display during Rajasthan Royals’ 50-run triumph over Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 here on Saturday.
The 30-year-old fast bowler faced a tough outing in the season opener against Sunrisers Hyderabad, where he recorded the most costly spell in IPL history, conceding 76 runs in his four-over stint. However, on Saturday, he struck early by dismissing Shreyas Iyer and Priyansh Arya in his very first over, setting the stage for a significant victory.
Reflecting on his earlier performance, Archer emphasized the importance of enjoying the game. He stated, “At the start of the tournament, days like that are expected.
