During the Commonwealth Sport General Assembly held in Glasgow on Wednesday, delegates from 74 Commonwealth member nations unanimously approved India’s bid to host the Centenary Commonwealth Games in 2030.

In an interview with IANS, Lovlina stated, "There are numerous opportunities for athletes now. The sight of the Commonwealth Games in India greatly motivates children. A lot of spectators come to watch these events. Back in 2010, during the CWG in India, we also dreamed of representing our nation in the future. Now, with India hosting the 2030 CWG, it’s a monumental achievement, especially as it is happening in Gujarat, adding more significance to it."
