Mumbai, Oct 1 (NationPress) The Tennis Premier League (TPL) is set to launch its Season 7 from December 9 to 14, 2025, at the Gujarat University Tennis Stadium in Ahmedabad. This season promises to be an exhilarating display of tennis prowess, featuring India’s two-time Grand Slam champion Rohan Bopanna, along with elite international talents such as Luciano Darderi (World No. 29) from Italy, Corentin Moutet (World No. 38) from France, and Alexandre Muller (World No. 39) from France, all set to compete alongside India’s finest players.
As the auction for Season 7 approaches on October 9 in Mumbai, the eight franchises are meticulously assembling their line-ups around prominent marquee athletes, ensuring a highly competitive and thrilling TPL season.
Bopanna, the celebrated star of Indian tennis and a two-time Grand Slam champion, will make his second appearance, representing the SG Pipers Bengaluru. At 45, this doubles maestro, known for being the oldest player to clinch both a Grand Slam and an ATP Masters 1000, continues to reflect the league’s vision of merging top Indian talents with global stars to deliver world-class tennis.
