Guwahati, May 5 (NationPress) The campaigning for the second and final phase of the Panchayat elections in Assam will conclude today at 5 p.m. with the voting scheduled for May 7.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has been actively participating in public rallies across Bajali, Kamrup, and Jagiroad.
