Gandhinagar, Dec 24 (NationPress) Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, on Wednesday, urged all state government departments to collaborate effectively to guarantee the swift and satisfactory resolution of complaints raised by the public through the state-level 'SWAGAT' (State Wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology) online grievance redressal initiative, as reported by government officials.

During the December 2025 session of the 'SWAGAT' program, the Chief Minister personally listened to citizens' concerns and provided explicit instructions to relevant authorities for timely and equitable resolutions.

He underscored that grievances submitted through 'SWAGAT' should be tackled through unified and proactive measures by various departments and district administrations.

The December session of 'SWAGAT', conducted on the fourth Thursday of each month, witnessed over 97 applicants presenting their issues directly to Chief Minister Patel.

Additionally, actions were taken at the district and taluka levels on 1,284 district 'SWAGAT' and 2,458 taluka 'SWAGAT' representations during the same timeframe.

Showing particular concern for farmers' matters, the Chief Minister instructed district collectors to ensure immediate compensation payments for the acquisition of agricultural land to farmers in Junagadh and Mehsana districts.
