Based on actionable intelligence from an informer, police discovered that Jyoti was residing in Village Issapur Kheda under the jurisdiction of Kapashera Police Station, Delhi. A raid was executed at her residence, where the stolen gold jewellery was successfully seized.
The recovered items comprised four gold bangles (approximately 80 grams), two gold bangles (kada) (around 50 grams), one gold chain (nearly 25 grams), one gold/platinum bracelet (about 20 grams), three gold rings (approximately 18 grams), one pair of gold earrings (around 5 grams), two silver coins (about 20 grams), and Rs 18,000 in cash.
The accused, Jyoti, aged 38, is married to Nikka, and resides in Village Issapur Khera, Bamnoli, Delhi. Police confirmed that the recovered items have been seized following the necessary legal protocols.
