Patna, Sep 1 (NationPress) As the final stages of the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' commenced in Patna on Monday, the BJP's IT cell leader Amit Malviya launched a fierce critique against the Congress and RJD leadership. In a post on his official X handle, Malviya claimed that the coalition between these two parties is on a path toward self-implosion.
“The RJD has effectively rendered the Congress invisible in Bihar, and now the Congress appears determined to erase the RJD. The Congress is nearly finished in the political landscape of the nation, with no signs of a future comeback. It seems Rahul Gandhi has opted for a 'Hum toh doobey Sanam, tumhe bhi le doobeyenge' approach,” Malviya expressed.
He went on to assert that the animosity between Congress MP and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav is deeply rooted.
“It was Rahul Gandhi who pushed Lalu Prasad Yadav out of electoral politics during the Congress administration. Today, history is repeating itself, as Rahul Gandhi has signaled the removal of Tejashwi Yadav from Bihar's political scene,” he added.
Amit Malviya also ridiculed the INDIA Bloc for their display of unity in Patna, commenting: “The impending discord within the 'Mahathugbandhan' following their defeat in the Bihar Assembly elections has already begun, as evidenced by Congress' actions at Gandhi Maidan today.”
Meanwhile, the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra', which commenced 14 days ago in Sasaram, will culminate in Patna with a grand rally.
Leaders from various factions of the INDIA Bloc are participating in the march, including Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, RJD's Tejashwi Yadav, CPI-ML's Dipankar Bhattacharya, VIP chief Mukesh Sahani, and RJD patriarch Lalu Prasad Yadav.
Notable leaders from other states are also showing their support, such as Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, Trinamool MP Yusuf Pathan, NCP leader Supriya Sule, and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut.
The Patna rally aims to present a united front for the opposition ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections, while the BJP dismissed it as a desperate bid for relevance.
