Amaravati, Nov 14 (NationPress) The 'Na-Ni' phenomenon is clearly evident, remarked Andhra Pradesh Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) general secretary Nara Lokesh on Friday while commenting on the preliminary outcomes of the Bihar Assembly elections.
Lokesh extended his congratulations to Janata Dal-U leader Nitish Kumar for the NDA’s significant victory.
“Kudos to CM Nitish Kumar ji on the NDA’s overwhelming triumph in Bihar! This is the Na-Ni magic at play - a clear vote of confidence in the visionary leadership of PM Narendra Modi ji and the reliable governance of Nitish Kumar ji, ” tweeted Lokesh.
The Minister for Human Resources Development and Information Technology had actively engaged in the NDA campaign in Bihar.
He urged the residents of Bihar to grant yet another mandate to the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), asserting that only a double-engine government can guarantee ongoing development in the state.
On the final day of campaigning for the second phase of Assembly elections in Bihar, Lokesh held a press conference in Patna.
He informed voters that while Bihar is experiencing development, a change in governance could disrupt this progress.
"It’s crucial to recognize that we have a double-engine government, which is vital for Bihar. Prime Minister Modi and CM Nitish Kumar can collaborate to realize Bihar’s aspirations. The plane is ready for take-off; now is not the time to halt. I urge Bihar to grant us a fifth term, and together we will advance the state,” he stated.
Pointing out the state of ‘jungle raj’ in Bihar before Nitish Kumar's leadership, he noted that Bihar is progressing rapidly due to the double-engine government. “I spoke with industrial leaders in Patna. They are satisfied with the developmental initiatives and government policies here. Bihar has received the most funding in the Union Budget. Following Bihar, Andhra Pradesh has the next highest allocation. This was achievable due to the NDA governing both states,” he mentioned.
“We must ensure the NDA's victory in Bihar for three key reasons: leadership history, the double-engine government, and the continuity of governance,” he concluded.
