New Delhi, March 19 (NationPress) In a significant move, senior IAS officer Ravi Mittal, who belongs to the 2016 Chhattisgarh cadre, has been officially designated as Deputy Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, as announced in a statement on Thursday.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has sanctioned the appointment of Shri Ravi Mittal, IAS (CG:2016), for a period of four years from the date he assumes charge, or until further notice, as per an office memorandum released by the Department of Personnel and Training.
At just 32 years old, Mittal is recognized for his innovative administrative and digital initiatives. His previous role involved serving as the Commissioner of Public Relations and Joint Secretary in the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister's Secretariat.
