Washington, March 2 (NationPress) - President Donald Trump characterized the extensive military operation against Iran as "one of the most significant, intricate, and overwhelming military campaigns ever executed globally," asserting that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is deceased and pledging that military actions will persist "until every one of our goals is met."

In a national address shared on Truth Social, Trump detailed what he termed a 36-hour initiative, dubbing it "Operation Epic Fury" and labeling it unparalleled in scope.

“No one has witnessed anything of this magnitude. We have targeted hundreds of locations in Iran, including facilities belonging to the Revolutionary Guard and Iranian air defense networks,” he claimed.

He stated, "We incapacitated nine naval vessels along with their construction facilities, all executed in mere minutes."

Trump proclaimed, "The former supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, is dead," referring to him as "this abhorrent and despicable figure" who "held the blood of hundreds, even thousands of Americans on his hands and was accountable for the massacre of countless innocent lives across multiple nations."

He asserted that "throughout Iran, the sounds of the Iranian populace could be heard rejoicing and celebrating in the streets following his demise."

According to Trump, "the entire military leadership has been eliminated, and many are eager to surrender in order to save their lives."

"They are seeking immunity. They are calling by the thousands," he noted.

He confirmed American losses, stating, "Earlier today, CENTCOM reported that three US military personnel have been killed in action."

"As one nation, we mourn for the true American heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, even as we carry on the righteous mission for which they laid down their lives," Trump remarked.

He acknowledged the potential for further casualties: "And regrettably, there may be more. Before this concludes, that is the reality," he added, stating, "We will do everything in our power to prevent that from happening."

Positioning the operation as essential to avert future dangers, Trump asserted, "We cannot permit a nation that fosters terrorist militias to wield such weapons that could enable them to coerce the world into submission to their malevolent desires."

"These measures are justified and necessary to guarantee that Americans will never confront a radical, bloodthirsty terrorist regime equipped with nuclear arms and numerous threats," he stated.

He urged Iranian forces to disarm. "I again call upon the Revolutionary Guard and the Iranian military police to lay down their weapons and accept full immunity or face inevitable death," Trump warned. "It will be certain death. It won't be pleasant."

In a direct message to the Iranian people, he added: "I urge all Iranian patriots who long for freedom to seize this opportunity, to be courageous, bold, and heroic, and reclaim your nation. America stands with you."
