Lucknow, Sep 10 (NationPress) As Uttar Pradesh gears up to host the third edition of its International Trade Show (UPITS) from September 25-29, 2025, the state government has curated an extensive exhibition of its rich craft, culture, and culinary diversity throughout this five-day event.
Focusing on the theme ‘Swaad Uttar Pradesh’, both national and international attendees are invited to indulge in the exquisite flavors from all corners of the state at the venue, featuring 25 vibrant food stalls that highlight UP’s rich culinary heritage.
The trade show will be held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, and is set to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
UPITS aims to underscore the state’s industrial growth, entrepreneurial vigor, and global business potential. This grand trade show will serve as a significant platform for industries, startups, exporters, and business leaders to present their innovations, forge partnerships, and explore new market avenues.
In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the delightful tastes of UP. A dedicated food and beverage section will consist of 25 stalls, each measuring 3x3 meters, showcasing the unique culinary identity of every district under the theme ‘Swaad UP Ka’.
Some of the standout dishes include Muradabadi Dal, Banarasi Paan, Lassi, Panchi Petha, Jain Shikanji, Banarasi Lassi, Mathura’s Peda, and Khurja’s Khurchan, all set to tantalize the palates of global visitors.
The flavors representing each region of UP will be a major draw at the event.
From Muradabad, the renowned Muradabadi Dal and Biscuit Roti, alongside the Muradabadi chicken corner, will be key attractions. Banaras will present its famous Banarasi Paan (including various styles like sweet, chocolate, Saadabad, and fire paan), complemented by a stunning display of Dahi-Jalebi, Dahi-Imarti, and Banarasi Lassi.
From Modinagar, visitors can enjoy the celebrated Jain Shikanji, while Agra will showcase its world-famous Panchi Petha, along with Chole-Bhature and Matar Kulcha as major culinary highlights.
Other delectable offerings will include Aligarh’s Paranthas, Mathura’s Malpua, Khurja’s Aloo Tikki, and Noida’s special Gojri Thali.
