Greater Noida, Sep 28 (NationPress) The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS 2025) is instilling a renewed sense of confidence and global recognition among women entrepreneurs. This was prominently highlighted through numerous success stories emerging from UPITS 2025.
Women-led businesses are making their mark as the embodiment of a business-friendly Uttar Pradesh, securing significant deals with both domestic and international clients and reimagining their brand identities.
A few women entrepreneurs shared insights about their experiences at UPITS and the positive feedback they received from buyers. Kanpur-based entrepreneur Sangeeta Singh remarked, “This event has been incredibly advantageous for me. It’s my third year participating, and as always, I received an overwhelming response from international buyers. Just on Saturday, I signed an MoU worth $10,000. The dedication of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath in supporting women entrepreneurs is commendable, setting a new standard in women’s empowerment.”
Shruti Chandak from Delhi-NCR also secured an MoU with foreign buyers. She expressed, “I am thrilled to participate in this event, made possible by the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. UPITS serves as a platform that propels women entrepreneurs towards global markets. I am immensely grateful to the Chief Minister for creating such opportunities.”
First-time participant Rabeen Kaur expressed her enthusiasm about attending UPITS, saying, “The reaction to my food products has been exceptional, particularly from international buyers. I’ve received substantial business leads that will soon transform into MoUs. We’ve already signed a few agreements. The atmosphere here is incredibly supportive for women entrepreneurs, and I commend the Uttar Pradesh government for its initiatives.”
Rabeen signed an MoU with a firm from Mauritius, whose representative lauded the UP government’s policies, describing the showcased products as world-class and the event as a memorable experience for enhancing international trade.
Significantly, women entrepreneurs are among the primary beneficiaries of the state’s Ease of Doing Business reforms. The introduction of a single-window clearance system, simplified investment procedures, and tailored incentive packages have reshaped Uttar Pradesh into a hub of new opportunities.
