What is the 'Viksit Bharat 2025 Quiz' to Celebrate 11 Years of Transformative Governance?

New Delhi, June 7 (NationPress) In a celebration of 11 years of transformative governance, the citizen engagement platform MyGov has unveiled a series of thrilling contests and activities with cash rewards totaling up to Rs 1 lakh. The initiative invites citizens to participate in the 'Viksit Bharat 2025 Quiz', where they can assess their understanding of India's developmental milestones. This effort is designed to enhance public awareness, honor shared accomplishments, and stimulate active citizen involvement in the nation's advancement.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Electronics and IT, participants stand a chance to win enticing cash prizes: Rs 1,00,000 for the top scorer, Rs 75,000 for the second place, and Rs 50,000 for the third. Furthermore, 100 consolation prizes of Rs 2,000 each and 200 consolation prizes of Rs 1,000 each will be distributed, along with a digital participation certificate for all entrants.

MyGov has also initiated the 'Har Ghar Swadeshi -- 1 Nation 1 Spirit Photo Story Contest'. Here, citizens are encouraged to submit a photograph and a brief 150–200-word narrative about a 'Made in India' product they use regularly, emphasizing its distinctiveness and their reasons for choosing Swadeshi.

The top 11 participants will each earn a cash prize of Rs 11,000.

Another engaging contest is the 'Badalta Bharat Mera Anubhav - Mini Vlog Contest', inviting citizens to present a 2-minute vlog illustrating a significant and positive change in their locality since 2014.

These vlogs should be accompanied by a 100–150-word description, showcasing improvements in areas such as infrastructure, public services, or digital advancements. The top 11 winners in this category will also receive Rs 11,000 each.

The 'Bharat ke Badhte Kadam - A Janbhagidari Photo Contest' aims to capture the spirit of public involvement in national initiatives.

Participants are tasked with submitting a photo that demonstrates their engagement in any 'Janbhagidari' initiative (like Swachh Bharat or Mission LiFE), along with a 50–100-word account of their experience. Again, Rs 11,000 will be awarded to the top 11 winners.

Another noteworthy activity is the 'Ek Bharat, Pragatisheel Bharat – Video Storytelling Contest', where citizens are invited to create a 1-minute video featuring a beneficiary discussing how a specific government scheme has positively influenced their life, promoting ease of living, dignity, or empowerment. This contest seeks to highlight the human narratives behind policy transformations, as noted by the ministry.
