Mumbai, April 22 (NationPress) Pakistani star Fawad Khan has showered accolades on his "Abir Gulaal" co-star Vaani Kapoor, noting her spontaneity, particularly in delivering dialogues.
Fawad remarked: "Working with Vaani has been an exceptional experience. It's truly been a joy. She is an incredible individual. Vaani is also a very spontaneous performer, especially in her dialogue delivery!"
He further commented: "Vaani maintains vibrant energy on screen. If she could reduce her self-analysis and criticism slightly, that's the only feedback I would have after collaborating with her because she is genuinely remarkable."
On their fresh pairing, Vaani expressed: "It's wonderful to witness the affection coming our way. Collaborating with Fawad has been a phenomenal experience for an artist like myself. He is truly unique."
She added that Fawad is very easy to work with.
"Fawad is incredibly easy to collaborate with, no ego, no complications. His talent inspires you to elevate your own performance. I admire how naturally he delivers his lines; it appears very authentic, not forced or rehearsed, and doesn’t feel like scripted dialogue," she stated.
Directed by Aarti S Bagdi and produced by Vivek B Agrawal, Avantika Hari, and Rakesh Sippy, the romantic comedy is scheduled to premiere on May 9.
The filming for this upcoming entertainer began on September 29 last year in the scenic settings of London and was announced by production house Indian Stories.
Last year, director Aarti S Bagdi provided a sneak peek into the plot, indicating that the film revolves around love and healing. The filming took place in the UK during October and November.
Fawad, one of Pakistan's biggest stars, made his Indian film debut with the Sonam Kapoor-led "Khoobsurat", a romantic comedy-drama directed by Shashanka Ghosh, in 2014. It was loosely inspired by the 1980 film of the same title.
He then appeared alongside Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra in the 2016 family drama "Kapoor & Sons" directed by Shakun Batra.
His last major Bollywood film was Karan Johar's "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.
Meanwhile, Vaani, who was last seen in Akshay Kumar's "Khel Khel Mein", is preparing for the release of her upcoming film "Raid 2" alongside Ajay Devgn.
