Mumbai, Feb 10 (NationPress) Lyricist Manoj Muntashir has vehemently condemned influencers Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina for their participation in what he terms as vulgar comedy.

Muntashir expressed his discontent via his X account, criticizing the inappropriate humor and urging content creators to consider the consequences their work has on viewers.

Recently, YouTuber-podcaster Ranveer appeared on comedian Samay Raina's show, India's Got Latent, where he posed an inappropriate query to a contestant. Sharing a clip from the episode, Manoj tweeted, “This is the level of comedy that has diminished the essence of humanity. More perilous viruses than Covid have infiltrated our devices. These predators, these deviants, have sworn to strip our future generation of values.”

The lyricist further remarked, “This serves as a wake-up call for parents. Be alert, or you will witness the ruin of your children and your great nation with your own eyes. @MIB_India Urgent action should be implemented against all gentlemen on this panel. If you merely stop after reading this post and do not raise your voice, you will be accountable for your own demise.”

Allahbadia provocatively asked the contestant, “Would you prefer to watch your parents engage in sexual activity every day for the rest of your life, or join in once and end it forever?”

Lyricist Neelesh Misra also denounced the “perverted creators” who, he asserted, were influencing and shaping “our nation's creative economy.”

A video capturing Ranveer's remarks quickly gained traction on social media, with numerous users denouncing him. The show also had content creators like Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija.

This is not the first instance of Raina's YouTube reality show India's Got Latent making headlines. Just last week, a case was reportedly filed against a contestant from Arunachal Pradesh over her controversial statement regarding dog meat.
