Mumbai, Sep 1 (NationPress) Renowned television actor Ram Kapoor is marking his 52nd birthday today, expressing that he feels more vibrant and youthful than he has in over 25 years.
Ram, who has previously disclosed a remarkable weight loss of over 50 kilos in nearly two years, shared a shirtless selfie on Instagram. In the image, he showcases his toned muscles and well-defined physique.
The caption on his photo read: “Defy your age!!”
“Today, I turn 52! I’m feeling healthier and younger than I’ve felt in more than 25 YEARS!! Age is merely a number…(sic)” Ram captioned his post.
Ram first appeared on screen in the television series Nyaay in 1999. He then featured in shows like Heena, Sangharsh, and Kavita.
In 2000, he starred in the popular family drama Ghar Ek Mandir and collaborated with Amir Raza Hussein in the play The Fifty Days of War – Kargil, which honored the heroes of the Kargil War, where he portrayed multiple roles.
In 2001, he appeared in the series Kabhi Aaye Na Judaai and made a brief appearance in Mira Nair's acclaimed film Monsoon Wedding.
