Gaza, May 3 (NationPress) At least 32 Palestinians have lost their lives, with many others sustaining injuries, due to Israeli airstrikes throughout the Gaza Strip, as reported by the enclave's Civil Defence.
During an Israeli operation aimed at a charitable hospice near the Abdel-Al Junction in central Gaza City, six individuals were killed and numerous others injured. Additionally, two fatalities occurred from Israeli shelling directed at a residence in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood to the north of the city, according to Civil Defence spokesperson Mahmoud Basal who spoke to Xinhua news agency on Friday.
In northern Gaza, a targeted airstrike on a funeral home belonging to the al-Masri family in Beit Lahia resulted in at least six deaths, Basal stated.
Meanwhile, in central Gaza, an Israeli strike aimed at a house of the Abu Zeina family in the al-Bureij refugee camp accounted for at least nine fatalities.
In the southern regions of Gaza, two individuals were killed in an Israeli attack on a civilian gathering near Asdaa in Khan Younis, and another two were killed during a drone strike targeting civilians in the Qizan al-Najjar area south of Khan Younis.
