Israeli Airstrikes Result in Deaths of 12 Palestinians in Gaza

Gaza, Dec 6 (NationPress) A minimum of 12 Palestinians lost their lives and numerous others were injured in Israeli airstrikes throughout the Gaza Strip, as reported by Palestinian sources.
Israeli aircraft struck a residence situated behind Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, located in northern Gaza, as stated by local sources and eyewitness accounts on Thursday.
This assault resulted in the deaths of seven individuals and caused injuries to several others, as confirmed by Mahmoud Basal, a spokesperson for the Palestinian Civil Defence in Gaza, while speaking to Xinhua news agency.
Basal further mentioned that Israel executed another airstrike later on Thursday targeting a congregation of Palestinians in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, which killed three individuals and injured five others with varying severity, according to reports from Xinhua.
Additionally, paramedics informed Xinhua that they recovered two bodies of Palestinians who were killed during an Israeli drone strike on a gathering in Khirbet al-Adas, situated north of Rafah city in southern Gaza.
The Israeli military has yet to issue a statement regarding these attacks.
Israel has been engaged in a significant offensive against Hamas in the Gaza Strip as a response to a Hamas incursion through the southern Israeli border on October 7, 2023, which resulted in approximately 1,200 fatalities and around 250 hostages.
The ongoing Israeli attacks in Gaza have led to a reported Palestinian death toll of 44,580, according to statements made by health authorities based in Gaza on Thursday.
