Jaipur, Aug 29 (NationPress) The chief of the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) and MP from Nagaur, Hanuman Beniwal, has once again called for the dissolution of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) and its reorganization to mirror the structure of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Beniwal pointed out that the Rajasthan High Court has acknowledged the issues surrounding the functioning of the RPSC and has instructed that the matter be presented as a Public Interest Litigation (PIL). This indicates the extent to which those in charge of the Commission, safeguarded by the government, have dashed the aspirations of diligent youth.
He emphasized that, based on the esteemed Court’s observations concerning former RPSC Chairman Sanjay Kshotriya and members Manju Sharma, Sangeeta Arya, Ramuram Raika, and Babulal Katara, the government should take immediate constitutional steps to dismiss Manju Sharma and Sangeeta Arya from their positions.
Additionally, he demanded that a criminal case be filed against Sanjay Kshotriya and that he be apprehended without delay. He recalled that after an RLP rally in Jaipur, the state government had promised to reorganize the RPSC.
This issue was also brought to the attention of the Governor, discussed in an all-party meeting before the monsoon session of Parliament, and subsequently raised in the Lok Sabha. “We have made it clear to leaders in Delhi that for the sake of Rajasthan’s youth, reorganizing the RPSC akin to the UPSC is imperative,” stated Beniwal.
Beniwal further revealed that the RLP will soon initiate a significant movement against fraudulent recruitments. He mentioned instances such as jobs obtained through fraudulent disability certificates, irregularities in PTI recruitment, and corruption in RAS 2018 and 2021.
He insisted on the establishment of an independent investigation commission to scrutinize these allegations.
“If extensive fraud is confirmed in any recruitment, we will demand the cancellation of that recruitment entirely,” he asserted.
Beniwal concluded by stating that the RLP will escalate its efforts to secure justice for the youth of Rajasthan, and the government can no longer overlook this demand for accountability and reform.
