Indore, Jan 27 (NationPress) Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy took aim at the BJP during a rally in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, accusing the party of jeopardizing the Indian Constitution and the reservation system.
The event, aimed at defending constitutional principles, drew numerous senior Congress leaders alongside thousands of enthusiastic party supporters.
While addressing the crowd, CM Reddy claimed that leading figures in the BJP were scheming to modify the Constitution to align with their political motives. He asserted, "The BJP has consistently mocked the Constitution and sought to eliminate reservations from it. They wish to impose their own interpretation of the Constitution, but we will not allow this to transpire," Reddy stated.
Joined by his cabinet and the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president, Reddy reiterated Congress's commitment to uphold the core values of the nation. "The more the BJP endeavors to tamper with the Constitution, the more resolute Congress will be in opposing them. We are here to uphold the principles of Dr B.R. Ambedkar and the entitlements of underrepresented communities," he continued.
