Radhakrishnan on Sunday, following the NDA's announcement of his nomination as the candidate for the upcoming Vice-Presidential election. The Prime Minister described him as a leader who embodies humility, intellect, and a profound connection with the grassroots.
“Throughout his extensive public service, Thiru CP Radhakrishnan Ji has made a name for himself through his unwavering commitment, humility, and sharp intellect. In every role he has undertaken, he has prioritized community service and the upliftment of the marginalized. His remarkable contributions in Tamil Nadu have been noteworthy. I am pleased that the NDA has chosen him as our alliance’s Vice-Presidential candidate,” PM Modi stated in a message shared on X.
Emphasizing Radhakrishnan's substantial administrative and legislative experience, the Prime Minister acknowledged his impactful role as both a parliamentarian and a governor.
