The attackers also tore her clothing and recorded the incident without her consent, later sharing the video online to shame her.
Initial investigations indicate that the victim had been facing harassment from certain individuals in the village.
Following the emergence of the video, police swiftly commenced an investigation and executed multiple raids, leading to the arrests.
The individuals taken into custody include Shailesh Kumar, Dashrath Chaudhary, Ranjan Paswan, Sachin Kumar, Doman Paswan, and Sonu Kumar.
Previously, two suspects—Ashok Yadav and Matlu Mahto, also known as Navneet Kumar Narottam—had already been arrested.
Ongoing investigations and legal proceedings are in progress, with police officials vowing to take strict action against all those implicated in this case.
An FIR has been lodged against all three main suspects at the Noorsarai police station under various charges, including molestation, outraging a woman's modesty, attempted rape, intimidating the victim, and violations under the IT Act.
The victim lives in the village with her in-laws while her husband is employed in Maharashtra.
