Police File Cases Following Complaints from Mohan Babu and Son Manoj

Hyderabad, Dec 10 (NationPress) Police have initiated investigations based on grievances from esteemed Tollywood actor Mohan Babu and his son Manchu Manoj concerning a contentious family asset dispute.
Following a complaint lodged by Mohan Babu in correspondence with the Rachakonda Police Commissioner, a case has been filed against Manoj and his spouse Monika at the Pahadi Shareef Police Station.
This case has been documented under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Sections 329 (house-trespass) and 351 (criminal intimidation).
Additionally, the same police station has recorded a case based on Manoj's report that approximately 10 individuals assaulted him at his residence on Sunday.
A case under sections 329, 351, and 115 (voluntarily causing hurt) against Vijay and others has been filed.
On Monday, Manoj had reported the incident to the police but did not implicate his father or any family members.
He mentioned that around 10 unidentified assailants attacked him at his home in Jalpally.
Manoj identified two individuals who allegedly took away the CCTV footage of the incident.
On Sunday night, Manoj sought medical attention at a hospital in Banjara Hills.
According to the medico-legal report, Manoj suffered multiple injuries on his neck, right thigh, and abdomen.
Mohan Babu has filed a complaint against his son Manoj and daughter-in-law Monika, requesting police protection.
In his complaint to the Rachakonda Commissioner, Mohan Babu alleged that his younger son Manoj, along with certain anti-social elements he has engaged, created a disturbance at his residence, ‘Manchu Town’ in Jalpally, Rangareddy district, on Sunday.
The former MP has also requested protection for himself and his property, indicating that there is a perceived threat from Manoj, his wife, and these anti-social elements.
Mohan Babu is demanding legal action against Manoj, Monika, and their associates, urging the police to remove them from his property.
“Ensure I receive adequate protection for my safety, allowing me to access my home without fear,” stated the veteran actor, who manages a series of educational institutions, including Mohan Babu University.
In response to Mohan Babu’s appeal, police have heightened security at ‘Manchu Town’ in Jalpally.
Meanwhile, Mohan Babu’s elder son Manchu Vishnu has returned to Hyderabad from abroad.
Mohan Babu welcomed him at the airport, and they proceeded to their residence in Jalpally.
