During the passing out parade for the 55th batch of Rajasthan Police Service (Trainee) officers at the Rajasthan Police Academy, he highlighted the necessity for a vigilant, well-trained, and technologically-savvy police force to tackle the challenges of contemporary policing.

CM Sharma pointed out that police training not only imparts legal knowledge but also encourages communication, collaboration, and a robust team spirit.

The Chief Minister further asserted that foundational training is crucial in developing the character and demeanor of police officers, making them exemplary public servants.

In congratulating the 76 RPS trainees, which included 20 women officers, the Chief Minister recognized their diligence, commitment, and perseverance.

On this occasion, he declared plans for a new training facility at the Rajasthan Police Academy to bolster training infrastructure and resources—especially in sectors such as cybercrime, economic offenses, and emerging criminal patterns.

"The nature of crime is continually evolving, and the police must remain ahead of the curve," he remarked. He characterized honesty as the police’s most potent asset, urging officers to act with restraint, integrity, and team spirit.

"Policing is a collaborative endeavor. Mutual trust and camaraderie among officers amplify our collective strength," he stated.

The Chief Minister noted the positive effects of proactive policing, revealing that the crime rate in Rajasthan has dropped by 19.45 percent since 2023.
