New Delhi, May 24 (NationPress) Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will reveal her administration's strategic plan for Viksit Delhi during the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on Saturday.
The meeting will be presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She stated, "We are set to present the Viksit Delhi roadmap aimed at a Viksit Bharat to all state leaders."
"We intend to articulate the hopes and aspirations of the people of Delhi during this meeting," she added.
In a post on the social media platform X, she remarked, "Today, we will finally have the opportunity to represent Delhi after many years. Previous governments were negligent, failing to advocate for Delhi's rights in commission meetings, but now, the dual-engine government is on course."
"During this crucial meeting led by the esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, we will present our vision for a developed Delhi that aligns with a developed India to the heads of all states. Furthermore, we will voice the aspirations and expectations for Delhi's development at the NITI Aayog,"

The meeting, themed 'Viksit Rajya for Viksit Bharat@2047', aims to promote cooperative federalism and align state-level goals with the national aspiration of making India a developed nation by its centenary of Independence.
Discussions will focus on enabling states to craft bold, inclusive, and long-term vision documents that align with national priorities while reflecting local realities.
States are encouraged to prioritize human development, economic progress, sustainability, technology, and governance reforms, emphasizing data-driven and outcome-based approaches. Institutional frameworks like Project Monitoring Units, ICT-enabled infrastructure, and Monitoring and Evaluation Cells will bolster accountability and enable course corrections.
