Disturbing Crime Revealed: Yoga Instructor Buried Alive After Abduction

Rohtak, March 25 (NationPress) A tragic love affair led to the death of a Yoga instructor who was kidnapped and buried alive in a 7-foot pit in Paintawas village, located in Charkhi Dadri, approximately 61 kilometers from Rohtak. Shockingly, a missing person’s report was filed only 10 days after the abduction, with police searching for the Yoga teacher for three months.

On March 24, police discovered the body of the Yoga teacher in the pit and apprehended two suspects.

Jagdeep, hailing from Mandothi village in Jhajjar district, was taken on December 24, 2024, and his remains were found on March 24, 2025. Authorities are interrogating the suspects to unveil further details about the case. The assailants assaulted Jagdeep, bound his hands and legs, and buried him alive.

Working as a Yoga instructor at Baba Mastnath University in Rohtak, Jagdeep went to work on the morning of December 24 but was reported missing by evening. According to police investigations, his abduction stemmed from a romantic relationship. The kidnappers restrained Jagdeep, sealed his mouth with tape to silence him, and executed their horrific plan.

Ten days post-abduction, on February 3, a missing person's report was lodged at the Shiv Colony Police Station, prompting a three-month search. Utilizing Jagdeep's call records, police traced the primary suspect and arrested two individuals, Hardeep and Dharmapal. Following their court appearance and remand, shocking details emerged during questioning.

Reports indicate that Jagdeep was involved with a woman from the residence where he lived. The woman's husband discovered this, leading to Jagdeep's assault and kidnapping. He was forcibly taken in a vehicle to Paintawas village, where a pit had been pre-dug for his burial. It is alleged that the individual who excavated the pit was misled, believing it was for a borewell. However, the police have now unraveled the mystery of this case.

The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA-1) unit leader, Kuldeep Singh, confirmed that the two suspects, Hardeep and Dharmapal, along with their accomplices, are implicated in this murder. He detailed the planning and execution of the crime, which included the abduction, assault, and burial of the victim in an already prepared pit.

Authorities conducted a thorough investigation, and by analyzing mobile phone records, they pieced together the entire case. By connecting various evidence points, police zeroed in on the main perpetrator. Kuldeep Singh indicated that further arrests are imminent.

Meanwhile, Jagdeep's remains have been sent for a post-mortem examination at PGI, where a team of doctors will conduct the autopsy.
