Mumbai, Jan 16 (NationPress) After undergoing surgery, Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan arrived at Lilavati Hospital to visit her husband Saif Ali Khan, who was assaulted and stabbed multiple times by a burglar in the early hours of Thursday.
A video capturing the actress entering the hospital under strict security measures is circulating on social media.
Following his surgery, a statement was released by Saif’s team indicating that the actor is stable and no longer in danger. The statement also noted that Saif is being closely monitored by a team of healthcare professionals as he begins his recovery journey.
“Saif Ali Khan has successfully come out of surgery and is out of danger. He is currently recovering, and doctors are tracking his progress. All family members are safe, and the police are actively investigating the incident,” the statement read.
The message also expressed gratitude to the medical team overseeing Saif’s care.

The 54-year-old actor suffered six stab injuries while attempting to fend off a burglar during the early morning hours of Thursday. Among the six wounds, two are reported to be severe due to their proximity to his spine.
The incident unfolded at 2:15 AM when the burglar allegedly invaded their opulent Bandra residence, attacking their house help before Saif intervened.
At that moment, Kareena was at home with other family members, all of whom were asleep. Saif was alerted by the disturbance coming from his son Jeh’s room.
Upon entering the room, Saif witnessed the assailant arguing with their house help and bravely stepped in to protect the house help using only his bare hands to confront the intruder.
The Mumbai police have commenced an investigation and are reviewing CCTV footage. Reports indicate that three suspects have been detained for questioning.
