Manchu Manoj Accuses Father Mohan Babu of Unjust Treatment

Hyderabad, Dec 10 (NationPress) Actor Manchu Manoj has dismissed the allegations made by his father, veteran actor Dr M. Mohan Babu, as false and baseless. Manoj asserted that his father has treated him unfairly while always backing his brother, Manchu Vishnu, in every endeavor. Manoj released a statement following the emergence of Mohan Babu's letter to the Rachakonda Police Commissioner.

The senior actor has called for legal action against his son Manoj and daughter-in-law, as well as requesting police protection for himself and his properties.

Manoj contended that the claims made by his father are part of a calculated attempt to defame him, suppress his voice, and incite needless family conflict.

Stating that he and his wife are self-sufficient and independent, Manoj emphasized he has never depended on his family for financial support or sought any properties.

"I have never requested properties or inheritance. I challenge anyone to present evidence to the contrary," he declared.

Manoj further claimed that his father has persistently favored Vishnu in all aspects, leaving him sidelined.

"Despite my sacrifices, I have faced unfair treatment and have been subjected to defamation and harassment," he expressed.

He also accused Vishnu of misusing family resources and exploiting the family name for personal gain.

"I have always championed truth, justice, and family unity. My father's vision has motivated me since childhood, guiding me even today. My priority is to uphold the family’s reputation, ensure transparency in financial matters, and protect the well-being of those who trust us," he added.

Contradicting Mohan Babu’s assertion that Manoj had abandoned his home four months prior, Manoj claimed he has been living in the family residence for over a year.

He stated that he moved in at his father's and close friends' insistence because his mother was alone after his brother relocated to Dubai.

Manoj expressed strong disapproval of involving his seven-month-old daughter in the dispute, calling it appalling and inhumane.

Mohan Babu claimed in his complaint that Manoj and his wife had left their daughter in the care of a housemaid and nanny.

Manoj alleged that the nannies employed in their home are terrified due to his father's abusive language.

"They live in constant fear because of the inappropriate behavior within the household. With the consent of these women, I am ready to provide all necessary evidence and witness statements to support these serious allegations," he stated.

Manoj also accused Vishnu's associates, Vijay Reddy and Kiran, of removing the CCTV drives from their house and called for a thorough investigation into this matter.

The young actor reiterated that he has always been independent, establishing his career through hard work, talent, and the blessings of well-wishers, while his brother continues to benefit from unwavering family support.

Manoj asserted that the allegations against him arose after he publicly supported MBU students and local businesses that were being exploited by Vishnu and his associate Vinay Maheshwari.

Mohan Babu's family manages a chain of educational institutions in Andhra Pradesh.
