This marks PM Modi's inaugural visit to Bhopal following Operation Sindoor.
The BJP unit in the state has made arrangements to deploy 35 women workers from all 31 Mandals in Bhopal to lead different teams, which will be entirely managed by women.
Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President J. P. Nadda are anticipated to visit Madhya Pradesh on June 14 to conduct lectures during a three-day training camp for state BJP leaders in Pachmarhi.
MP BJP chief and Khajuraho MP V. D. Sharma stated that the goals of the event include educating new leaders and MLAs about party policies and ideologies while improving their public communication skills.
Nadda is expected to inaugurate the camp on June 14, while the Home Minister will likely serve as the chief guest during the camp's closing on June 16.
These prominent visits come as the party faces criticism for remarks made by its leaders, particularly Tribal Welfare Minister Vijay Shah, whose comments regarding Colonel Sofiya Qureshi ignited nationwide controversy, leading the Supreme Court to mandate an SIT investigation.
However, V. D. Sharma emphasized that the event was pre-scheduled and a standard practice.
"This was a pre-planned event. It has no connection to recent comments made by BJP leaders. Such events are conducted regularly, and there should be no further interpretation," he added.
