Patna, Feb 18 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, is scheduled to visit Kaimur district on Tuesday as a part of his Pragati Yatra. During this visit, he will both inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for several development projects across various departments, valued at several crores of rupees.

The district administration has enforced stringent security protocols for his visit.

The Chief Minister is expected to arrive by helicopter at Bharkhar village, Mohaniya block, at 10:40 AM. He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for a number of schemes. Following this, he will join a program at Mohaniya market before returning to Bharkhar.

At noon, he will depart to Adhaura via helicopter to lay the foundation stone for a new degree college, followed by the inauguration of a hospital and a sports stadium. By 12:45 PM, he will arrive at Kohira Dam to inspect the Kohira River. At 1:30 PM, he will return to the Bhabua District Guest House.

After lunch, he will conduct a review meeting with officials at Mundeshwari Auditorium in the Collectorate office.

CM Nitish will inaugurate a newly built Primary Health Centre (PHC) building worth Rs 7.69 crore and a sports ground in Adhaura Block.

These new facilities are intended to improve healthcare services and offer a platform for local athletes.

He will also inaugurate Jeevika Bhawan, a Waste Processing Unit, a Plastic Waste Management Unit, Govardhan Yojana, Panchayat Bhawan, Community Bhawan cum Work Shed, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, and multiple playgrounds.

Moreover, a warehouse built by the Cooperative Department and various projects under the Water Resources Department will also be inaugurated. He will lay the foundation for projects including the Bihar Police Bhawan, a warehouse for the Food and Consumer Protection Department, 456 toilet units in schools across Kaimur district, and Primary Health Centres in Nuaon, Durgawati, Ramgarh, Kudra, Mohaniya, Bhabua, Chainpur, Chand, Bhagwanpur, and Adhaura. Other initiatives include integrated street-drain systems, Pyaun, Talab Yojana, and Community Bhawans.

The district administration has thoroughly planned for the Chief Minister's visit, ensuring that all plaques for inaugurations and foundation stones are set at the specified locations.

This 'Pragati Yatra' is expected to significantly boost the development of Kaimur district, particularly in improving infrastructure in Naxal-affected areas.
