New Delhi, Feb 16 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to officially open the India AI Impact Expo 2026 today at the Bharat Mandapam.
The event will run from February 16 to 20, in conjunction with the India AI Impact Summit, at the same location. Encompassing 10 zones and covering over 70,000 square meters, this Expo will unite major global tech companies, emerging startups, academic institutions, research bodies, Union Ministries, state governments, and international collaborators.
Attendees can expect to see 13 country pavilions, highlighting global cooperation within the AI ecosystem. With over 300 meticulously organized exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations, segmented into three thematic areas - People, Planet, and Progress, the Expo will also showcase more than 600 promising startups, many of which are creating solutions relevant on a global scale. These startups will present functioning solutions that are already in operation in real-world environments.
The India AI Impact Expo 2026 is anticipated to attract more than 250,000 visitors, including international delegates, all aiming to cultivate new collaborations and business prospects within the global AI ecosystem.
Over 500 sessions will take place, featuring more than 3250 forward-thinking speakers and panelists. These sessions will emphasize recognizing the transformative effects of AI across various sectors and discussing future strategies to ensure AI benefits every citizen worldwide.
The PMO statement noted, "The Expo will act as a national showcase of AI in action, where policy aligns with practice, innovation meets scale, and technology serves the everyday citizen."
