Mumbai, Jan 24 (NationPress) Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan sustained injuries in five distinct areas –- specifically his back, wrist, neck, shoulder, and elbow –- during an attempted burglary at his residence in Bandra West, Mumbai on January 16, as per a medical report released on Thursday.

Fortunately, these injuries are not deemed severe; however, Saif's health is being monitored closely.

The medical report elaborates on the specifics of his injuries. It indicates a 0.5 to 1 cm injury on the left side of his back, alongside a 5 to 10 cm injury on his left wrist. Furthermore, there is an injury measuring 10-15 cm on the right side of his neck and a 3-5 cm injury on his right shoulder.

The most significant injury is located on his right elbow, measuring approximately five centimeters.

The medical report forwarded to the Bandra Police indicates that Saif was transported to Lilavati Hospital by his manager and close friend, Afsar Zaidi, who manages a celebrity management firm. His residence was located a mere 10-15 minutes from the hospital.

It is noted in the report that Zaidi took Saif to the hospital on the night of January 16, admitting him at 4:11 AM on January 17.

He was arrested in Thane during the early hours of January 19 for the assault on actor Saif Ali Khan.
