18 Tribal Families Receive New Housing Under PM-JANMAN Initiative in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri

Shivpuri, Dec 14 (NationPress) In a major advancement for tribal welfare, 18 tribal families residing in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district have been granted new houses through the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN).
This initiative has significantly improved their living conditions, providing modern facilities such as clean water, electricity, and access to education as part of a newly established Adivasi Colony. The tribal community has expressed immense gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the elevation in their living standards.
Surma, one of the recipients, shared her happiness, stating, "We previously lived in a 'Kuccha House', but now we have a 'Pucca House' thanks to this scheme. We are receiving free rations, funds for vegetables, and now have access to water and electricity. A road has also been built, which we lacked before. We are sincerely thankful to the Prime Minister for everything."
Another beneficiary, Dayachand, conveyed similar feelings, saying, "It is wonderful to finally possess our own home. The essential services like water, electricity, and roads are now available. Even better, a school has been established nearby for our children. We deeply appreciate Prime Minister Modi for making this possible."
The newly formed Adivasi Colony in Kota village aims to integrate the marginalized tribal community into the broader society, offering crucial infrastructure and educational prospects for their children. This development includes a school to ensure that the youth can attain education, paving the way for a brighter future.
This housing initiative under the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan signifies the government's dedication to uplifting underprivileged communities and enhancing their living conditions. Tribal women have also welcomed the initiative, expressing their joy over the positive transformations it has brought to their lives.
